Policies
We deliver across the UK mainland. Enter your postcode at checkout and the exact price is shown before you pay — it's calculated from what's in your basket, and you only ever pay what the courier charges us.
Nationwide orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail(and Parcelforce for heavier parcels), usually within 2–3 working days of dispatch. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your order is on its way. A small number of items can't be posted until we've confirmed their shipping weight — those show a “contact us” note at checkout instead.
Free UK delivery on orders over £30 — applies to standard-size parcels (up to 2kg packed, roughly a few bottles or a small box of groceries) on retail orders. Heavier orders are priced by weight as usual, and trade accounts have their own delivery terms.
Local orders are delivered by our own team, and you can always choose free collection from the warehouse instead.
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. For international trade enquiries, please use our bulk enquiry form.
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, food and other perishables, and opened perfumes or cosmetics, are non-returnable unless damaged or defective — this does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
