Delivery & returns

UK delivery

• Flat rate of £4.99 on orders under £50.
• Free delivery on orders of £50 or more.
• Dispatched from Leicester via Royal Mail or DPD, usually within 1–2 working days.
• Tracking is sent by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

International

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. For international trade enquiries, please use our bulk enquiry form.

Returns

Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Perishable items (food) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged on arrival

We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
