We currently deliver within Leicester (postcodes LE1–LE5). Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode, and the exact price is shown before you pay. You can choose from:
Orders are delivered by our own local team. We're expanding to UK-wide delivery soon — if you're outside Leicester and would like to order, please contact us.
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. For international trade enquiries, please use our bulk enquiry form.
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, food and other perishables, and opened perfumes or cosmetics, are non-returnable unless damaged or defective — this does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
