Both. Anyone can order online at retail prices or shop in person at 60–66 Nedham Street, Leicester LE2 0HA. Approved trade accounts see trade prices once signed in, on every line that carries one.
Apply for a trade account online — tell us about your business and what you would like to buy. A real person reviews every application, usually within a working day, and emails you the outcome. Once approved, sign in and the site shows your trade prices.
No minimum order. Retail customers can buy up to 10 of any single item per order and trade accounts up to 100. Need more than that? Use the bulk enquiry form.
Yes. Many lines are sold by the case as well as the single unit — case options are shown on the product page — and case quantities, bespoke lines and standing orders can be arranged for trade accounts.
Yes, to UK mainland addresses. Orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for heavier parcels, and usually arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch; the tracking number is emailed as soon as the order leaves us. The delivery price is calculated from the basket and postcode and shown before you pay.
Order before 3pm and we aim to deliver the same day across LE1–LE5 (subject to availability), with next-day and a flexible 3-day rate also available. Collection from the warehouse is free.
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging. Food, other perishables and opened perfumes or cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
